Another week passed.....he is finding that covering the entire zone is a lot of work.
Dear Family,
Yes I have met Elder Olsen and he is nice. lol Totally called that JD was going to be Bishop!!!! I received revelation!!! Anyways thats cool that President Trendler, thats weird to put lol, said we could work that out. So what does he mean I have to report to two wards. The ward in Arizona and the ward in Washington?? or what?? Brother Sterling one of the best seminary teachers!!! Also I miss seminary a lot just because it was such a huge help getting through school sometimes. I am going to make my kids go to seminary it will help your life so much. Good old Higley High and the senior pranks and that would not be a good thing if Andrew was suspended but consequences for your actions. I am so glad I didnt get involved in any of that. Thanks for the Journals and my packages still hasnt come soooo we will see what happens. I am hoping this week because next week are changes and there is going to be a lot of changes in the zone.
Well this week was the busiest week I have ever experienced in my whole mission. Lets start on Monday, I did divisiones with Agua Caliente and we hiked to a little village called Las Uvas. It takes a good 45 minutes to get there and its over a mountain. I went with Elder Evans from Sandy, Utah, really nice kid and is new in the mission. I sweated until my whole shirt was drenched in sweat. This village only has like 50 people but there is a branch there of members. There is no light at all. The people there though are really nice love the missionaries. We worked there all day until it got dark and we made our trip back to Agua Caliente. We had a flashlight but it was pitch black and we hiked back. That was fun doing divisiones. We had the power go out in Agua Caliente and we were exhausted. End of the day. Tuesday we left in the morning to go to Choluteca to end divisions. I get back and we got a partida call to go to Namasigue. Elder Moffett and I did that and came back to our area exhausted and worked in the night time. Wednesday, we had Elder Falabella come to the southern zones of the mission to talk to us in a conference. That was really cool and I learned a ton from him. He made me want to be better in every way possible. Then after conference we had to take a bus to Tegucigalpa to have a council with Elder Falabella on Thursday. So we get to Tegus super late. Thursday, we woke up early went to the Mission Presidents house to have our meeting with Falabella. I learned even more from him and he helped us with our desire to baptize more souls because our mission has a pretty high set goal. So we looked at everyone to see how they are doing after two weeks. After that meeting we left on the last bus to Choluteca and we arrived in Choluteca late. The next day we had District meeting with the zone and started finding out bad news about our zone. I think it would be hard to explain what happened exactly but lets just say we had to shut down an area because a missionary made a bad decision and almost all of the missionaries are not reponsible for their area. We found out that almost every area had a problem and because of these problems we probably wont complete our goal as a zone or for the mission. Yes there were some problems going on that are out of our hands but still its our responsibiliy to make sure the zone is fine. I can tell you guys more details when I come home or another day. I dont like talking about it because it makes me stressed and frustrated. Anyways one positive thing we did have happen was that we had a baptism. Super awesome lady that we taught. She is not the smartest person but has really good desires to follow Jesus Christ. That was my positive thing for the week. Her name is Martha and her daughter is member and we just started teaching her and she is super nice. I honestly have never been so stressed and busy in my whole entire life. I am frustrated with everything that happened but I cant dwell on it because I need to move on and let it be the past and learn from it. Anyways pray for me please I need some help and guidance. I love you all. Thank you for your prayers and support. I know this week will be a lot better and not as busy. Elder Moffett is doing well and feels the same way I do and yeah at times its hard to be with an Elder that is going home but it doesnt bother that much. My time will come and I hope it doesnt any time soon. Crazy that June is coming in super fast!! Well nothing else to report but thanks again I will look for those packages.
Tu Hijo,
Elder Hall
