Well, after many months in Choluteca he has been transfered to a city named Danli. He is confident this will be his last area but he is very excited to be there. From the Map it looks like it is about 2 hours East of Tegucigalpa and from what he describes it is a very pretty place to be. Chases Grandpa looked up some details about the town and shared that the reason it is so desirable is that there is a Pizza Hut! We hope this is a great close to his mission.
Hey Family,
Well I did get changes to Danli!! I seriously wanted to come to this zone because its super pretty and every missionary wants to go there. I am so pumped to be here and I am also with a gringo Elder Jensen. He is so tight and I am hoping he stays with me until Christmas. Gringo christmas!! I am so pumped because our Bishop is ready to work and baptize people and it should be way fun for us. I am so excited to be here in my last area. I kind of wanted to train but I feel like President wants me to help this zone because they havent had much success. So I am going to try and help out with that!! Elder Jensen is from Utah and really chill. I am so excited to be here and the zone seems to be a really good zone but they are kind of not doing anything in there areas. I am not sure why but we are going ot excite the whole zone to work super hard and keep going forward. This past week we didnt really do anything because we had changes and I said bye to some of the members from my last area. It was sad to say bye and especially say bye to investigators. But I had to move on you know to my last area. We had changes and getting stuff for the zone so they are good for the change. Also we had ZL Consejo with president which was super good and then General Conference was amazing!!! I love Elder Hollands talk and Elder Bednars. Priesthood session I loved Elder Uchtdorf talk!!
I am pretty pumped to help out some new Elders and a new zone. My companion seems pretty excited because his last companion wasnt a very good missionary and he just wants to go home. So I have to rise up another zone to get back to the basics and start working hard. OH YEAH!! At changes when I arrived I saw Christian Smith!!! He is the kid I played club volleyball with who was from Williams Field!! It was a big surprise that he came to this mission because I didnt know at all that he left on a mission!! I was soo excited to see him again. He was the kid that we always did carpools to vball tournaments!!! I am so happy that he came to this mission though!! I forgot to take a picture with him but it was an amazing surprise! But yeah this week we are going ot work super hard!! Yes I am still a ZL and i think I will end as one. Anyways really exciting week and I cant wait till I write you till next week. Love you all a ton and I hope you have a safe 5k fun. Well love you all.

Week 76 Choluteca
Chase was telling us about a big day of baptisms for the area of his mission. Turned out that there was 53 baptisms between the three zones on the same day. The pictures he sent from the meeting were very humbling.
Dear Family,
Dear Family,
Well first my zone didnt have 53 baptisms between three zones we had that many. As for our own zone we had for the month 37 and 5 families it was a pretty big month!! Thanks for helping me stay focused on the mission because sometimes its hard especially with little time left. But yes I am excited to come home but its going to be really hard to leave a part of my life here. I have met so many awesome people here. It scares me to think about the end but I know its part of life and I can progress even more after the mission. I miss Navy so much and she can walk and talk which she wasnt doing before I left. Also my last area will be interesting because I never thought I would be in this position. But I will keep working hard till the end. I am just curious what we are going to do when I get back but I will worry about that later. Also what about my Utah application? I am excited to watch conference this weekend because its going to be sweet!! Also its my last conference in the mission which is weird but its going to be memorable to me my last 3 changes in the mission. But yeah thats life you know.
Well for this week we almost had a family baptized but she wanted her family to support her when she gets baptized which is understandable. Her name is Laura and her husband is a member. She is super pilas to get baptized but she will be baptized after conference weekend so yeah I will be happy when she gets baptized. The only bummer is I wont be able to see her baptized but the fact that she is getting baptized will make me happy. Also Ruben and Belgica are progressing pretty well we just need to help them make the decision to get married. Also we are going to baptized Mirian who is the daughter of Chayo. We are excited for her baptism because she didnt want to listen to us at first but now she went to church and she wants to get baptized. It´s crazy how people are just ready to make covenants with God. But yes I feel like I have changes this week and I do want to leave but I dont because I am going to miss all of my converts and the members. But I eventually have to leave and I will tear it up in my last area. I want to train my last few months just to help me keep working and teach a new missionary how to work hard. Thats what I want to do but if it doesnt happen I will keep fighting through the mission and finish well. Anyways I am just thankful to be here and change peoples lifes. Thanks for your love and support and I hope you all have a good week and conference weekend. Thanks again and i will write you next week.

Week 75 Choluteca
Another week
Hey Family,
Hey Family,
How is the best family in the whole wide world!! I hope well and I am happy to see the family is busy like usual lol. Also I want to see a picture of this Jake kid because he needs to look good in the family because we cant have any ugly people in the family hahah jkjk. I am sure he is cool kid and I got the package you sent thanks again and what about the pictures of the house?? Is it a big house or what? Also tell dad just to start looking at new boats and send me pictures of his ideas and the Dicksons want to buy our boat?? That would be super sweet for them. Also I would love to see the California buddies I just received DearElders from Taylor and I will be sending a letter back soon.
Well this week we had a super busy week. Tuesday we worked in our area and had a good lesson with Belgica and Ruben. They still are deciding if they want to get married or not but we keep working with them to make that decision. Wednesday I had to go to Tegus to take an Elder to the hospital because he might have another rock in his kidneys and that took the whole day. Thursday District meeting and divisions with Triunfo. Another area that is super far away from Choluteca. I had to go do interviews and bring a family to Choluteca to get married. That was an absolute miracle to get them to Choluteca because the wife was being a child and not wanting to go and complaining but I got her to Choluteca with the Lords help!! That family got married luckily. Friday is when we came to Choluteca for the marriage and do more interviews and get things ready for the huge baptismal service that we did with three zones. So three zones, including our zone too, put a date for all of us to baptize and take a big picture of all of our work. We reached 52 baptisms this past saturday. This is between three zones and it was sooo big. Saturday we did the service in the morning and over 230 people showed up at the baptismal service. This is including investigators, members, missionaries, and people getting baptized!! It was a huge miracle that we reached that many baptisms in one weekend. The Lord seriously helped us baptize so many at once. I couldnt believe how we did it but we managed to do it. Anyways our zone put up a good number for the month and we still have more this next week. My zone works so hard, we dont do anything we just help them with what they need to baptize people. Unfortunately we didnt have baptisms this last week but we could this week because we received a reference from a member. He wants us to baptize his wife and I thought she was member because she has been to church a ton. So we are going to find out what she says this week. They both know english because they have lived in the states for like 12 years so they are cool to talk to. We also had a less active girl bring her friend to church, which is the daughter of Chayo that we baptized about two weeks ago. That was a miracle that she came because when we talked to her at first she didnt want to go to church at all. But she came and I think she liked it. But it was just a crazy weekend for us haha. Then this upcoming weekend we have more baptisms that the zone has to baptize, so that will be good!! As for changes they will be next week and I think I will be changed out but who knows what they will do with me. But I almost have 4 months left which just shocks me completely!! What are we going to do when I come back?? I am sure we will be boating that first weekend haha. Well Thanks for the package and the love. You are guys are awesome. Talk to you soon!!

Week 74 Choluteca
When you ask for advice you get it.......with our move to WA Chase had some suggestions for what should be addressed.
Hey Family,
Hey Family,
Well parents I would say just talk about doing the normal things in the house. Family prayers, scripture reading, nothing in the house that would draw the spirit away. For example pictures, music, bad movies,or anything that would be in that category. I always loved coming home because I felt safe and protected. Also dedicating your house with a prayer as a family. Even though it was hard to listen to scriptures and have family prayer in the morning or night, it made the difference in my life. The home is a refuge from the world and all the evil that you are confronted with. Mom do you remember I went to a high school party for someones birthday and I came back early alone because Ashley did something I didnt like?? We had a good talk in the living room and you congratulated me for leaving because I lost the spirit fast at the party to the point where I felt sick and threw up. Then as soon as I left and came home I felt an overwhelming peace and the spirit of the Lord was present again. I thought about that experience the other day it was something I didnt understand at first but now I do. Thats what I thought of the home a place of refuge or holy place. But its only if you do the small and simple things to keep the spirit present. Also thanks for the prayers and help while you were thinking of me in the temple. It always gives me a surety that you guys love me so much. I also cant wait till I get home to go to the temple its going to be so sweet!! Tell Josey congrats and keep playing hard, also tell Chelsey to be careful with the Jeep because I dont want to be fixing anything up when I come home haha. No worries about Chelsey she will be fine!!
Well this week we were busy with lots of things to do. We had to go to Tegus for residency stuff and we got stuck there for two days because my comps residency had a problem. Then after we had a good district meeting and we did divisiones with a golden family that we found. Their names are Wilmur and Belkis and Wilmur is a member, but Belkis no. She told us that she wants to be baptized and married!! No doubts or problems and it was really weird to find someone who just wants to accept the gospel like that. So we will see what happens this week with them. Then Ruben and Belgica have problems now because they fight over the littlest thing and they want to separate. We talked to Belgica and she is super nice and wants to get baptized and married but her husband no. She wants it so bad but he doesnt. So we have to find a way to talk to them both and figure out if they want to do this for real or not. Then the next day we helped out with a marriage in Las Uvas de Linaca which is a small village that is way far out there. The Elders there married and baptized a guy who couldnt walk and so we had permission to baptize him. Other than that it was just a tiring week and we didnt find any new investigators at all. But we will this week and we have a huge activity this saturday. We are having a big baptism day with three zones and from what we are looking at there are possibly 55 to 60 baptisms going in the water at the same time. So it should be a big event for us. I am excited for that photo to show you guys. Everything is going well though here and I feel good. I am not going to lie sometimes its hard to focus when I have almost 4 months left in my mission. I still cant believe that time flies like crazy!! Anyways I will finish strong and thanks for everything. You guys are awesome and make the world to me. I love you all!!! Well thanks for everything and talk to you guys later!!
