Week 93 Palmira

His "almost" final letter.  He will send us one more on Monday and that will be it.

He continues to share how he feels and is now somewhat torn between home and mission.  However , tender mercies continue as he has described below with the latest baptism, an almost delayed family baptism and how that all worked out.  Our family has been blessed by his service and testimony.  I must admit we are certainly "baggy" to have him home,  as he has called it.

His friends are now starting to check up on him and looking for his return date.  Also his family from distant lands are all coming for his return as well as his good friends.  This will be a very exciting and memorable next couple of weeks.

Querida Familia,
¿Còmo estàn? Pues yo creo que todos estàn baggy por mi venida en 10 dias jaja. Estoy muy animado para verlos y espero que podamos disfrutar nuestro tiempo. Well like I said I can tell that everyone is super happy and ready for my homecoming. Also why are you all posting a ton of stuff for my homecoming haha. Plus I guess that huge poster of my face is going to happen lol!!! I can wait till I see that!! Also I am glad to here that you talked to Jaclyn and she is excited for my coming too. Yeah so everything is set for coming home I think and I am not taking any clothes with me. Just my suit, two shirts, two pairs of pants, three pairs of garments, shoes, three pairs of socks, and of course my beautiful ties haha. I am excited for the shopping spree with my beloved older sister!! Also with Navy haha. Then my food request will come next week in my last note to you guys and a funny scripture. I dont think I am going to write you guys back but if you want to write me thats fine but if not I will talk and see you guys in 3 days by then. Where is the Jeep at?? in AZ right??! The only thing that I can think of that I need is to talk to mom and dad about some things because I have some questions. Also some more good news I received the Honduran wood work and they are gorgeous!!! Mom and Dad are going to love their wood work!! But I am not going to show it until I come home haha :) I love surprises!!

Well this week was awesome we had the baptism of the little girl Nalleli and she is super pilas. Then at the baptismal service we had the family Irias and they loved it. During the week we have been working with them a lot to see if they were feeling ready for the 2nd of February to be baptized and they made sound like they wanted more time. They told us that they are planning to get baptized but a little later on. I was a little bummed about it but I am glad they are ready to get baptized because they want to be baptized. Well Saturday we decided to fast for the family so they can feel the Spirit telling them that this is the right path to be baptized. At the end of our fast after church ended the husband of the family, Allan, came up to me and wanted to talk to me personally about the baptism for the 2nd and he said he wanted to do it!!!! Can you believe it!!??? Then after the wife, Jeymi, came up to me personally also and said she wanted to get baptized too!!!!! Can you believe it agian!? What a miracle!! I have a huge testimony of the fast and prayer because the Lord wants to bless us we just have to be willing to do His will. So we are going to baptize the family this Saturday and it will be my last!!! What an awesome way to end the mission. AWW I am fillled with joy and happiness right now! I am so excited to visit that family and helping them make covenants with the our Heavenly Father!! I am overwhelmed with joy!!! Well that is how the week went and I am soo excited to have everything come to pass. Well I love you all and it has been amazing time being here and I wanted to express my gratitud for your support and love. It has been sooo awesome being here and I have no regrets being here. I have learned so much and I cant thank you guys enough for everything. Well this is my letter full letter to write to you guys and I just want to leave you with my testimony that I know this church is true, Jesus Christ lives, and this is the work of God. I know that this church was restored through the prophet Joseph Smith and Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet. The Atonement is everything for me and I have come to know my Father in Heaven, and my Lord Jesus Christ!! I love you all soo much and I hope to see you guys soon!! Cuidanse mucho.

Con Mucho Amor,
Elder Hall
